CRYSTAL FALLS — The Blooze Brothers Band will bring the crazy antics of the infamous Blues Brothers back to the Crystal Theatre for a 7 p.m. show Friday.

Marking the 40th anniversary of the debut of Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi as the original Blues Brothers, the Chicago-based show band honors the music they performed and the spirit in which they played.

The high-powered, choreographed 11-piece show band celebrates music from the 1940s to current songs: Motown, soul, rhythm and blues, classic rock, and swing.

Two high-energy front men, one dynamic female lead singer, and eight of Chicago’s top musicians make the right mix to delight Aykroyd and Belushi fans. Their 1974 Dodge Monaco Bloozemobile replica is gassed up and ready to head north for another encore performance at Crystal Theatre.
