MARQUETTE — The Upper Peninsula Publishers and Authors Association invites authors to participate in its U.P. Libraries Program, an opportunity to place books directly into the hands of librarians attending the U.P. Regional Library Conference on Sept. 21–22 in Marquette. The conference brings together librarians and library staff from across Michigan’s Upper Peninsula to share ideas, discover new resources and explore books of interest to their communities.
