Free community meal Sunday in Norway

NORWAY — Grace United Methodist Church of Norway will host a free community meal from 5 to 6 p.m. Sunday. The menu will be brats on a bun, potato salad, baked beans and dessert. There is no charge for the dinner, but a donation basket will be available for those who want to make a contribution toward the meals. Reservations are requested for the meal, to be picked up at the church. Those planning to participate should call Chris Spense at 906-282-9752 by 4 p.m. Friday. Everyone is welcome to attend. Florence library offers puzzles, coloring sheets

FLORENCE, Wis. — Celebrate the 250th birthday of the USA at the Florence Public Library by enjoying putting together American-themed puzzles or relaxing with coloring sheets of scenic places. Beginning Wednesday, from 10 a.m. to noon the library will have five 1,000-piece puzzles‚ including a unique wooden one‚ to put together. Also provided at the same time will be coloring sheets along with colored pencils for adults and crayons for children.
