Mayer, Newingham recognized at Stephenson National Bank
MARINETTE, Wis. — Ann Mayer and Jenna Newingham have received The Stephenson National Bank & Trust Award of Excellence.
Created in 1988, the award is given annually to two employees. Recipients are nominated by co-workers for demonstrating excellence in customer service, reliability, responsiveness to customers’ and bank employees’ needs, superior job knowledge, professionalism, motivation and productivity.
Mayer is branch manager for both the Wausaukee and Pembine locations in Wisconsin. She is responsible for ensuring each customer is treated with respect and provided immediate support.
Mayer has an associate’s degree in business management and 10 years of banking experience. She also actively volunteers in the community, including serving as the Wausaukee Business Association vice president.
Newingham is an underwriter/document specialist at the Marinette office. She is responsible for assisting SNBT business bankers with new and renewing commercial loans, reviewing loan documents before and after closing, assisting customers with any questions or concerns regarding commercial loan and serving as the administrator for loan software.
Newingham received an associate’s degree in accounting and has seven years of banking experience. A Wausaukee resident, she is active in her community as well.
