Project Teddy Bear

First National Bank & Trust’s Project Teddy Bear collects new stuffed toys for local area emergency responders, charities, crisis centers and medical facilities to give to children in traumatic or stressful situations. Project Teddy Bear kicked off Dec. 7 with the third-annual Bring-a-Bear Teddy Bear Toss Kingsford hockey event, co-sponsored by First National Bank & Trust and Radio Now 100.7 FM, and continued throughout December. More than 250 new stuffed toys were collected. On Jan. 10, local emergency and crisis services representatives met at First National Bank & Trust’s downtown location to receive the stuffed animals.
