IRON MOUNTAIN — Guide Star has announced the successful merger with Teck Solutions Inc.

The company stated in a news release the move will enhance “their collective ability to deliver top-tier IT and cybersecurity solutions and services.”

With the merger, Guide Star, a division of CCI Systems, gains access to a team of IT and security professionals, along with clientele that has been with Teck Solutions for more than 30 years, the company stated.

“As a result, Guide Star is now even better positioned to cater to the diverse and evolving needs of its customers, while also broadening its service portfolio. Both Guide Star and Teck Solutions are Iron Mountain-based companies and look forward to servicing their community and beyond,” according to the news release Wednesday.

For existing Teck Solution customers, this merger should bring an array of new services, according to the company. In addition to the IT and security services from Teck, they can now explore expanded offerings, including a 24/7 customer contact center and Tier 1 IT support, expanded cybersecurity services, managed wireless, and advanced network monitoring.
