Tonight’s low will be near zero, with north winds gusting as high as 30 mph and wind chill values between minus-5 and minus-15 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. About a half-inch of snow may fall as well. Thursday will be mostly cloudy and cold, with a high near 10. Wind chill values again will be between minus-5 and minus-15, with north winds gusting as high as 20 mph. Thursday’s overnight low will be about minus-12 but with lighter winds. The high Friday is expected to be near 15.
