KINGSFORD — Kingsford High School athletic department has released its fall sports practice times and start dates:

Monday:

— All 9-12 grade students interested in playing football will report to Flivver Field for 9 a.m.

— All 9-12 grade students interested in sideline cheer will report to the KHS track for 5:30 P.M. practice

The Don Edens Fieldhouse will not be open and available to the student-athletes for the first week of practices.

Wednesday:

— 9-12 grade girls interested in tennis will report 4-6 p.m. at the KHS tennis courts

— 9-12 grade boys and girls interested in cross country will report at 8 a.m. to the KHS track

— 9-12 grade girls interested in volleyball will report at the following times: Varsity 4-7 p.m. KMS Gym.

JV will report 7:30-9:30 a.m. in the KMS Gym.

Freshman will report 7:30-9:30 a.m. in the KHS gym.

— Boys soccer will begin on Wednesday at 4 p.m. at the soccer field in Quinnesec.

All athletes/parents must have filled out the MHSAA Health Questionnaire along with a valid physical on file from the 2019-20 school year. The questionnaire can be found at www.kingsford.org as well as at MHSAA.com.

Students are also asked to bring a face covering to practice. It is also very important that students bring a personal water bottle/jug to practice as well. More information in regards to sports schedules and information will be released when we receive more guidance from the MHSAA.
