IRON MOUNTAIN — The Dickinson County Courthouse will be closed to the public on Tuesday night, due to coronavirus precautions, said Dolly Cook, county clerk-register of deeds.

As election results are tallied, updates will be provided to media outlets. Persons interested in receiving telephone updates on specific races may call 906-774-0988 or 906-774-0955.

Due to the large number of absentee ballots, Cook anticipates the earliest counts may not be available until at least 10 p.m.
