— Additional conference rooms;

— An expanded training center;

— A dedicated mother’s room;

— Increased breakroom seating;

It should be completed by December 2022.

This latest construction project comes after the company expanded three production facilities to add manufacturing and product development capacities.

“We are investing in our Iron Mountain facility to enable BOSS to continue to meet the needs of our customers,” said Jody Christy, vice president of BOSS Snowplow. “With the continued growth of our business and ongoing product development, this investment will help to expand our capacity and further the innovation our customers expect.”
