NORWAY — Eight people have been arrested in the investigation of an April 1 assault in Norway Township, Michigan State Police announced Thursday.

Troopers from the Iron Mountain post had executed search warrants in the case in May.

The Dickinson County prosecutor authorized charges on seven adults and one juvenile. Those charges include aggravated assault and using a mask in the commission of a crime.

Names will not be released until an arraignment scheduled for June 29.

The MSP has released limited information during its investigation to preserve the integrity of the case.
