IRON MOUNTAIN — Barbara Ann Wright, former Iron Mountain resident, born Barbara Ann Anderson to Egnar Anderson and Berta (Brydges) Anderson in Sault Ste. Marie, Canada, on May 18, 1928, widow of the late Bruce Allen Wright, passed away peacefully in Sun City, Calif., Dec. 9, 2018, at age 90.
A graduate of Lake View High School in Chicago and the University of Illinois at Champaign, she was a devoted mother to her two children, Elizabeth A. Hughes-Wargo, a retired school teacher and a resident of Sun City, and Bruce A. Wright, an attorney and CPA, and a resident of Highland Park Ill.
A devoted wife for over 40 years, she is also survived by three grandchildren, Amanda, Erik and Katelyn; and a growing contingent of great-grandchildren.
Interment will take place in May.
