EBEN JUNCTION — Behind a combined 33 points from Brianna Smith and Ashton Hord, North Dickinson blasted Superior Central, 67-22, in Skyline Central action Monday.

Smith led all scorers with 17 points for the Nordics, who collected 15 steals and improved to 12-2.

“We started out fast using our usual pressure, and we tried multiple types of defense tonight,” Nordics head coach Kirk Mattson said. “We also tried out some different offensive sets, and everyone played multiple positions.”

SC won the JV game. ND hosts Bark River-Harris on Thursday.
