Knights outlast Stephenson, 45-43 in OT
Seat, Parolini lead Knights to 2-0 in the Skyline
NORWAY– Senior Zach Seat’s five points in overtime, propelled Norway past Stephenson 45-43 in Skyline Central Conference boys basketball action here on Saturday afternoon. Seat had 11 points for the Knights, and fellow senior Logan Parolini led all scorers with 13 points.
“The score was back and forth the whole game, we’d get a lead, and then they’d take the lead back,” said Norway head coach Jeff Gallino. “Both teams really fought today, and their 1-3-1 zone was effective against us.”
Gallino stated that Seat had a heck of a game. “In the overtime, we were able to get the ball inside to him, that was a key.”
Gallino also noted that the Knights were a little sloppy at times and have some things that still need work going forward.
Stephenson and first-year head coach Christian Londo were led in scoring by Bryce Kuehnau with nine points, with Canaan Elson chipping in eight points.
