Kingsford wrestlers compete; 3 pins for Johnson

HARRIS — Senior Tyler Racicot achieved a major milestone while helping the Bark River-Harris wrestlers post three victories here Monday night.

Racicot reached the century mark by pinning Manistique’s Tylor Greene 62 seconds into a 160-pound match.

“It’s just so amazing,” he said. “That has always been one of my goals, especially with having fewer matches to get there this year.”

The Broncos defeated Gwinn (66-3), Kingsford (54-12) and Manistique (71-11) to improve to 19-2 this season.

Manistique opened with a 36-24 triumph over Kingsford and blanked Gwinn 57-0. Kingsford finished with a 36-12 victory over Gwinn.

Kingsford’s Elliot Johnson (215) collected three pins. BR-H’s Wyatt Raab (189), Manistique’s Jacob Berry (145) and Dalton had two pins apiece, and the Broncos’ Drew Allgeyer recorded a pin and technical fall.

Starting at $3.50/week.
