Flivvers spikers blank Menominee

KINGSFORD — In a Great Northern Conference volleyball matchup, host Kingsford beat Menominee, 3-0 (25-7, 25-10, 25-10) Monday evening at the Kingsford Middle School Gymnasium.

“Our girls did a great job of limiting unforced errors tonight. They stayed focused and worked on a few of the offensive strategies and goals that we set before the match,” said Kingsford head coach Jaclynn Kreider. “Everyone was able to play tonight and contribute to our win so that was a lot of fun. These girls do a great job of supporting each other in different roles. They are a great group of young ladies.”

The Flivver completed the clean sweep with the freshmen and jayvee teams winning as well . JV won 3-0 (25-18, 25-14, 15-8) and the freshmen won 3-0 (25-6, 25-12, 15-6).
