OK, I give up! USPS, keep my mail and while you’re at it, pay my bills with my check order that was sent from Kansas City on Jan. 9. They’re lost in your mail service. Snow means overnight parking restrictions take effect

IRON MOUNTAIN — Today’s snowfall means overnight winter parking restrictions are now in effect until March 31 in three area municipalities. While the restrictions started Nov. 1, officials normally do not enforce the ban until the first snow or icy conditions that require the plows/salters to come out. The winter parking ban prohibits vehicles from being parked on streets, alleys and in city-owned parking lots in Iron Mountain, Kingsford and Norway between the hours of 2 and 7 a.m., unless it is a spot reserved for an apartment or business, officials said. WASHINGTON (AP) — Donald Trump was on the verge of clinching the presidency today after winning Pennsylvania, putting him just three electoral votes shy of defeating Kamala Harris to secure his return to the White House.
