Free community meal Sunday

NORWAY — Grace Methodist Church in Norway will offer a free community meal from 5 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday. The menu will be spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread and dessert. There is no cost for the dinner. The free meals will be available for takeout at the church parking lot. Reservations are required. Rummage sale fundraiser for the Mansfield Pioneer Church planned

IRON MOUNTAIN — The Mansfield Memories Committee will host a fundraising rummage sale for the Mansfield Pioneer Church to coincide with Fungus Fest. The rummage sale will start at 9 a.m. Friday and Saturday near Superior Sport and Feed on Superior Avenue in Crystal Falls. The store is owned by Mansfield Memories committee members Steve and Nicole Lenhart. Signs will be posted and the sale will also be advertised on the city-wide rummage sale map. Free food distribution set for Thursday

NORWAY — Free food distribution is planned Thursday at the Crossroads Alliance church facility at 130 Odill Drive in Norway. Traffic will be directed to park in the Covenant Church parking lot for registration and wait until distribution begins. Volunteers will conduct registration at each vehicle. Participants are asked to remain in their vehicle during the entire process to help insure the health and safety of everyone.
