IRON MOUNTAIN — The Iron Mountain Downtown Development Authority will celebrate its 12th-annual Oktoberfest from noon to 9 p.m. Saturday at the downtown stage parking lot at the intersection of Iron Mountain and Hughitt streets. Post 145 to host breakfast Sunday

NORWAY — The American Legion Post 145 of Norway will host an all-you-can-eat breakfast from 8 to 11:30 a.m. Sunday, at the hall. Menu includes scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, French toast, hashbrown potatoes, toast, fruit salad, coffee, milk and juice. Cost is $10 per person, with children age 6 and younger eating for free. All are welcome. The post is at 612 Main St.

Sagola church hosting fundraiser rummage sale

SAGOLA — Grace Church of Sagola will have a large, multi-family fundraiser rummage sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday. Sale items will include a couch, stuffed chairs, wood rocker, small refrigerator, turkey fryer, linens and a large variety of household items.  The church is on the corner of M-95 and M-69 in Sagola.
