Free Master Gardener event this afternoon in Coleman

COLEMAN, Wis. — Coleman-Pound Library and Northern Lights Master Gardener Association will offer a free presentation about gardening at 2 p.m. today at the Coleman-Pound Library, 123 W. Main St. in Coleman. Master Gardener Linda Warren will discuss growing vegetables, landscape perennials, native plants and culinary herbs. Whether tending a garden plot or just wanting to keep plants alive, the program will detail the best methods for enjoying summer growth. Master Gardeners will be available to answer gardening questions. Light refreshments will be served.
