IRON MOUNTAIN –Bay College West and Northern Initiatives-MMTC will have negotiation skills training sessions from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central time Aug. 11 and 13 at the Iron Mountain campus.

Participants will learn how to conduct effective negotiations and forging strong relationships with customers, suppliers and coworkers. This seminar covers how to use negotiation personas through firsthand experience, interactive discussions and mock negotiating sessions.

Cedric Calhoun of Eclipse Business Strategies will lead this training. He offers more than 20 years of association management experience and is an expert in financial strategies around program growth and assessment.

Cost is $425, with a minimum of six people registered by July 28 to move forward with the training.
