The Dickinson Iron Community Services Agency has closed its congregate meal sites due to concerns about COVID-19 but still will provide take-out meals, DICSA officials said.

All home-delivered meals will continue as usual for those who are homebound, DICSA said in a written statement.

Starting Tuesday, DICSA will make congregate meals available to be picked up from 11 a.m. to noon at these locations:

— Crystal Lake Senior Center, 700 Crystal Lake Blvd. in Iron Mountain, Monday through Friday;

— Iron River Senior Center, 814 N. Fourth Ave., Iron River, Monday through Thursday;

— Felch Township Community Center, Monday through Wednesday.

Those planning to use the service should call ahead to reserve a meal, 906-774-2256, ext. 235 or 230. Donations will be accepted as usual for all those 60 and older; younger than 60 must pay $5 per meal.

DICSA’s Family Ties Adult Center for adult daycare will remain closed until the health situation abates.
