Slippery conditions contributed to several traffic mishaps Thursday afternoon, including one on U.S. 2 in Florence County, Wis., near the Dickinson County border that involved an Integrity Care EMS ambulance that was responding to another accident. “We thank God that both crew members are safe and no patients were involved,” Integrity Care said in a Facebook post. Crashes were also reported on U.S. 2 in Quinnesec and near Florence, Wis. Snow and rain was expected again today.
