A need for bellringers

Iron Mountain High School freshmen Aylah Hoffman and Jaedin Simonetti were ringing bells Monday evening for the Salvation Army Bread of Life Assistance Center’s annual Red Kettle Campaign at Walmart in Iron Mountain. Members of the IMHS Key Club took their turn from 4 to 8 p.m. The Salvation Army stressed Monday they are in desperate need of bellringers at all locations. No one has yet signed up to volunteer for Black Friday and Saturday, usually a “huge” weekend, said Jennifer Witte of the Salvation Army. Those interested in doing a shift as a bellringer can call 906-221-7054.
