Crew members from Musson Brothers Inc. of Rhinelander, Wis., complete paving Thursday on a section of U.S. 141 in Niagara, Wis. The project, which started in April, included sewer replacement, new sidewalks and reconstruction and resurfacing of the highway throughout most of downtown Niagara into the south side of the city. The contractor planned to remove the traffic control and detour today, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation said. Final project cleanup also will take place this week.
