IM-Kingsford parade winners

The Menominee Range Historical Foundation’s Parade Committee has announced the winning entries in the Iron Mountain-Kingsford Independence Day Parade. The 2022 parade theme was “Your Favorite Decade,” and parade judges determined winners based on entertainment value, creativity, and public appeal. The judges’ choices were: First place, The Drug Store, 1950s “Happy Days” float; second place, Marshfield Medical Center-Dickinson, 1970s “Disco” float; third place, Leeds Real Estate-Kim Webb, 1980s “Ghostbusters” float; and honorable mention, The Man Cave, which scored just out of contention with its 1980s “Hair Band” float.
