IRON MOUNTAIN — Dickinson County Sheriff Scott Rutter has issued his monthly report for May.

The road patrol served 168 civil process papers, investigated 155 complaints, handled 18 accidents, issued 29 citations and 90 verbal warnings, made 27 arrests — six of which were for outstanding warrants — and completed 48 property checks.

The correctional center had 66 bookings, with an average daily booking of two and an average daily population of 41.

The dispatch center handled 657 911 calls, 3,826 non-911 calls, 1,167 calls for law enforcement service, 525 calls for ambulance service, and 63 calls for fire service.

Ten individuals assigned to the sheriff’s work van logged 126 hours at the sheriff’s office/courthouse, Salvation Army, Dickinson-Iron Community Services Agency, a Feeding America food distribution in Quinnesec and trash pickup on U.S. 2.
