Oak Crest golf: Solda starts league with medalist round

NORWAY — Mike Solda shot a two-over par 38 to lead Division A in the opening round of the Forward Financial Monday Night Golf League at Oak Crest Golf Course.
Mike and Matt Solda share the Division A lead with Andy Baumgartner-John Kather, Brian Tirschel-Mark Zenko and Scott Hallgren-Matt Westrich.
Mark Teske topped Division B with a 41. Four teams are tied for first — Dan Aderman-Gary Badeau, JJ Allred-Bob Swanson, Ronnie Rugg-Matt Rugg and Gene Wickman-Bob.
