KINGSFORD – Kingsford freshmen beat Marquette 36-0 Thursday at Flivver field. Nick Nora rushed for TD scores of 25, 33 and 5 yards. Cole Myllyla had 142 yards rushing and an 86 yard TD run. The offense rushed for 259 yards and Nora was 3-5 passing with a 28 yard TD to Charlie Christesen. Josh Peterson had a great blocking game. The game was called due to lightning at the end of the third quarter.
