Knights lock down Stephenson
STEPHENSON — Norway held Stephenson to four points in the third quarter en route to a 78-51 win in Skyline Central Conference boys basketball Friday.
The Knights (9-4) led 44-33 at halftime before launching a 22-4 run.
“We were a little shaky in the first half defensively,” said Norway coach Jeff Gallino. “We cleaned stuff up after half and did a better job. Everyone was able to get in and contribute.”
Logan Parolini canned three triples and led the Knights with 23 points while Kody Hendricks added 17. Gannon Bray scored 11 and Jeff VanHolla tacked on 10 as Norway put four players in double figures.
Bryce Kuehnau paced the Eagles with 25 points.
The Norway JVs also won.
Norway travels to Carney-Nadeau on Tuesday.
