DETROIT — Iron Mountain freshman wrestler Shawn McGuire placed second at 112 pounds in the MHSAA Division 4 individual finals Saturday at Ford Field.

McGuire was defeated by Bronson Marry of Hudson in the championship match.

Iron Mountain sophomore Parker Stroud, wrestling at 125 pounds, lost his first match in the medal round to Drew Gebhardt of Manchester, who went on to place third in the tournament.
