NORWAY TOWNSHIP — The annual Paul Lambert Scramble/Best Ball golf tournament was held at Oak Crest Golf Club in Norway on Saturday and Sunday.
The 36-hole event had 114 teams compete — a total of 228 golfers.
The date the tournament was originally set to take place was May 16 and 17, but due to the uncertainty with COVID-19 the date was rescheduled.
“The weather was a bit nicer than previous May events, but the Sunday’s weather still seemed like it was still May,” said Oak Crest golf-pro Kevin Londo.
Michael Peters and Noah Kiser were this year’s winners, with a two-day low score of 130.
They shot a 63 in the scramble portion of the event and a 67 in the best ball portion.
