IM?netters bow to Negaunee
IRON MOUNTAIN — In a West PAC and Mid-Peninsula Conference tennis match, Negaunee cruised past the host Mountaineers 8-0 at the East Side and City Park tennis courts in Iron Mountain.
“While today obviously wasn’t the result we were looking for, it was a great learning experience against a very talented Negaunee team. All of our guys faced a difficult test today, and I’m confident they will all come out better players because of it,” said Iron Mountain head coach Marcus Celello.
The Mountaineers return to action on Monday as they travel to non–conference foe Menominee.
