Knights’ Stanchina named Skyline Conference player of the year

NORWAY –Junior pitcher Kali Stanchina of Norway was named Skyline Central Conference softball player of the year, as the teams were recently announced. Stanchina was also named team MVP by Knights head coach Robert Bal.

Bal was tabbed as SCC coach of the year. The Lady Knights, who were crowned conference champions, offensive player of the year award went to sophomore Hannah Burklund, while defensive POY was given to junior Averie Popp.

Junior Mackenzie Gilroy was given the coaches choice award. The remainder of the Knights post-season accolades are:
