Niagara VB spikes Oneida

NIAGARA, Wis. — Niagara made a sweep of its homecoming volleyball match Thursday, defeating Oneida Nation 25-15, 25-12 and 25-8.

“My team is really playing up to their potential, and every girl is contributing to our current success,” said coach Carol St. Arnauld.

“One of our goals tonight was to reduce service errors, and my team did just that — all while accumulating 18 service aces.”

Abby Wells led with six aces while Morgan Borchardt had 17 assists.

“This team needs to stay focused and continue to improve on their communication. I really believe in all these girls and their drive to succeed is very encouraging,” St. Arnauld added.
