PEMBINE — Evan Johnson scored 17 of his game-high 29 points in the second half to lead Florence to a 77-71 victory over Goodman-Pembine on Thursday in Pembine.

Johnson hit four of his six 3-pointers in the second half as the Bobcats outscored Goodman-Pembine 45-38.

William Kelley added 22 points for Florence, which sank 10 3-pointers in the game.

Ryan Ehlert led the Patriots with 20 points, 18 of which came on 3-pointers. Jacob Kessel and Landon Kalkofen added 17 points each, while top scorer Boone Larison was held to 13.

Goodman-Pembine sank 11 shots from beyond the arc.
