KINGSFORD — Kingsford High School has announced Monday, Aug. 8, as the first practice date for the fall sports season, grades 9-12.

Times and locations:

— Cheerleading, 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Woodland Gym.

— Girls tennis, 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the Kingsford High School tennis courts.

— Boys soccer, 3 to 5 p.m. at Woodland Soccer Field.

— Football, report to Kingsford High School Fieldhouse for 8:30 to 11 a.m. practice.

— Volleyball, 8 to 9:30 a.m. at the Kingsford Middle School gymnasium.

The starting date, time and location for boys and girls cross country is to be determined, said Athletic Director Chris Hartman

Coaches will provide further practice information at the first practice. Athletes are reminded that they must have an updated (after April 15, 2022) physical form on file in the KHS office before they can practice.
