The 5-foot-9 Tyler Sundling of Rapid River thrilled spectators by jumping over his friend, 6-foot-3 Kodey Goldi, also of Rapid River, on his way to winning the Gus Macker 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament’s Slam Dunk Contest on Saturday at the main court on Carpenter Avenue in Iron Mountain. The top three contestants earned cash prizes for their efforts. Ty Lotterman of Marquette took second, while Florence’s Kaden Schuls placed third.
