Post 50 serving fish fry tonight

IRON MOUNTAIN — The Uren-Cooper-Johnson American Legion Post 50 will host a fish fry from 4:30 to 7 p.m. today at the hall. The dinners will include a choice of three-piece cod or 10 fried shrimp, along with fries, baked beans and coleslaw. Cost is $13 per plate. Dine-in or takeout is available. Norway churches host free meal on Sunday

NORWAY — Grace Methodist Church, Norway, will offer a free community meal from 5 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday. The menu will be spaghetti and meatballs, salad, garlic bread and dessert. There is no cost for the dinner. The free meals will be available for takeout in the church parking lot. Reservation are required. Senior tea in Iron Mountain

IRON MOUNTAIN — The Iron Mountain-Kingsford General Federation of Women’s Clubs will host its 90th Senior Girls Tea at noon Wednesday at Pine Grove Country Club in Iron Mountain. Guests speaker will be Renee Yake, a teacher at Iron Mountain High School. Sandy Sullivan will provide music throughout the program. The chair of this year’s tea is Angie DuBose.
