The Michigan Student Service Award is given each year to graduating seniors who have completed the required 400 or more volunteer hours throughout their high school career. In return, they receive a medal and a signed certificate from Michigan’s governor. From Iron Mountain High School were Megan Murray and Giovanni Basanese. From Norway High School were Jacob Spring, Paige Chartier and Mary Slagle. From Kingsford High School were Elizabeth Ryan, Logan Smith, Piper Burski, Anna Murvich, Kane Driscoll, Joshua Freeman, Mackenzie Rundell, Kate St. Aubin, Delany Harris, Leah Hunter and Keira Jones.
