IRON MOUNTAIN — The Upper Peninsula Commission for Area Progress is seeking older adults to participate in a Health, Wellness and Technology Survey.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines, UPCAP’s programming is going online and virtual. The survey will help determine what future health and wellness programs U.P. seniors are interested in, as well as the technology they might use to access programming.

The survey can be found on UPCAP’s website at www.upcap.org and clicking on “Health, Wellness and Technology Survey.”

Older adults can also receive assistance in completing the survey by dialing 211 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The survey will take five to 10 minutes to complete and results are confidential. Participants have through Friday to complete the survey.
