NIAGARA, Wis. — The seventh-annual Niagara Knights of Columbus Jeff Champeau Memorial Duck Race will be Saturday, July 24, at Niagara Heights Park.

The grounds will open at 3 p.m. There will be a beanbag tournament, washer game for the kids, 50-50 raffles and prizes given away during and after the event. The race is slated to start at 6 p.m.

The band Third Degree from the Green Bay, Wis., area will perform after the race. Food and beverages also will be available; no carry-ins are allowed.

Ducks cost $5 each, six for $25, 12 for $50, 18 for $75, or 25 for $100. In addition, those who purchase ducks will have entry into a special $500 cash drawing.

Ducks can be purchased at the race or in advance from Bob Burton at 715-251-4714 or any Niagara Knights of Columbus member. Ducks may also be purchased from various local establishments in Niagara and the surrounding area.
