CRYSTAL FALLS –The Crystal Falls District Community Library will host a program on morel mushroom hunting at 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 8.

Anthony Williams, five-time winner of the National Morel Hunting Championship, will present a workshop titled “Pickin’ With the Champ.”

During the talk, Williams will share morel picking advice for everyone from the novice to the seasoned pro. There will be stories and tips on where and how to pick the elusive morel. “He’s unbeatable… he is the morel mushroom picking master,” The Detroit Free Press said. The program is free.

All events will be at the library, 237 Superior Ave., Crystal Falls.
