IRON MOUNTAIN — The Dickinson County Library has announced its upcoming schedule for August.

— Norway Elementary Story Stroll: Through Friday, Aug. 16.

Take a walk and read an adventurous story for all ages. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library.

— Travel Watercolor Kits: Available at all branches starting Monday.

— Lego Club: 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Dickinson County Library in Iron Mountain and 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the Solomonson Branch-Norway.

This monthly program for kids in grades 3-8 offers the opportunity to be creative while building with Legos. This month, participants will be challenged to build something out of this world using space-themed prompt cards. Kindergarten through eighth grade are invited to attend Norway’s session. — Out of this World. 4 to 5 p.m. Friday With Ann Arbor Hands on Science Museum at the Dickinson County Library in Iron Mountain.

All ages are invited to explore the universe with the Ann Arbor Hands-On Science Museum. From rotations and revolutions to the creations of stars, they take a journey in understanding the workings of the solar system, and how the planet is so unique.
