QUINNESEC — The Breitung Township Hall will be closed to the public through at least April 7.

The township board made the decision at a special meeting Tuesday. The closure takes effect Wednesday.

Employees will continue to work in building at 3851 Menominee St. in Quinnesec. Payments will be accepted through the dropbox, over the phone or online at the website, http://www.breitungtwp.org/.

The public also can set up an appointment if needed with township officials by calling Administrative Assistant Adrienne Savord at 906-779-2052.
