IM schools set meal dates, post survey on need
Iron Mountain Public Schools has asked that anyone interested in receiving meals during the state-mandated school closure for the COVID-19 virus fill out a survey if possible on the district’s web site.
Go to https://www.imschools.org/covid-19.html and click on the link to “IMKCS COVID-19 School Closure Meal Survey” to indicate how many meals might be needed during the closure.
The district plans to feed students through the entire time the schools are shut down. Note that pickup dates will have meals for multiple days of the week.
Meals can be picked up from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Central Middle School cafeteria at 300 W. B St., enter off Prospect Avenue, on these dates:
— Tuesday, March 17: Meals will cover breakfast and lunch for March 17 to 19.
— Friday, March 20: Meals will cover breakfast and lunch for March 20 to 29.
— Monday, March 30: Meals will cover breakfast and lunch for March 30-April 1.
— Thursday, April 2: Meals will cover breakfast and lunch for April 2 to 5.
