Niagara arrest

A man was taken into custody in Niagara, Wis., on Wednesday after fleeing into a house as officers prepared to arrest him under outstanding warrants, said Marinette County Sheriff Jerry Sauve. According to witnesses, the sheriff’s department was assisted by Dickinson County Sheriff Department and Niagara Police Department in blocking off the house on Forest Street. Three hours passed before the arrest was made at about 1:30 p.m. without further incident.
