Pembine announces early childhood screening dates
PEMBINE, Wis. — Beecher-Dunbar-Pembine School District will hold early childhood screening Tuesday, March 9, and Thursday, March 11 at the Pembine Elementary School.
The screening is an opportunity for parents or guardians to learn more about their child’s development while the district’s early childhood educators work with both.
Any child in the district who will turn three by Sept. 1 is eligible to be screened. Registration will be available for children who will be age 4 or 5 by Sept.1 for the 4K or 5K programs at the school.
Parents can discover if their child’s development is on-track; learn how to encourage child’s learning through everyday experiences and play; and gather helpful parenting tips.
Early childhood professionals will assess each child in a play-based setting.
Due to COVID-19 parents and guardians are asked to wait in vehicles while their child is screened. Results will be shared after the screening.
To register, please call the school main office at 715-324-5314, ext 0.
