VULCAN — Jon Phillip Milbrath, 57, of Vulcan, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, March 11, 2024, surrounded by his family. Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, March 17 at the Evangelical Covenant Church in Norway.
