Lauren Adams, a senior at Norway High School, has signed a celebratory National Letter of Intent to play basketball at UW-Oshkosh. Adams, a point guard, played a significant role in three district championships for the Knights and two trips to the regional finals. The Knights' all-time leading scorer earned many recognitions, including first team All-State and Player of the Year in the Skyline Central Conference. She plans to major in elementary education. “I am very thankful to the community for their support over the years, I’m thankful to my teammates and all the coaches I’ve had," Adams said. “Lauren has been a leader both on and off the court," coach Brian Adams said. "Her dedication, character, and work ethic have been outstanding, and she has set the standard for what it means to be a Norway basketball player."
